Together with you, we design the logistics process. Each step is recorded in the order process, the goods process and the installation process. Lead times are established, and the method of invoicing is determined. By taking your systems and KPI's into account we make sure our process connects seamlessly to yours. That may sound logical, but just think of how often you have heard: "that’s just how we do things”. We continuously maintain data traffic with various customers.
Ultimately, we make the logistics planning and take care of the machine transport from your warehouse, our warehouse and possibly after pre-installation in our workshop. We arrange return processes for outbound, storage, refurb, scrap or for junk.

Your technical logistics partner in the Netherlands and Belgium
For the Netherlands, we make the best possible use of our own infrastructure with hubs. We work not only from Delft, but also from our technical logistics hubs in Assen, Apeldoorn and Son, where we maintain lines every night.
For Belgium and Luxembourg, this is often done via our own independent branch, Patrans, in Belgium. We also have a shuttle service running almost every day.
We welcome challenges
A major customer of ours called us to ask if we were willing to become their new logistic partner for Belgium as soon as possible. Eight weeks later everything was already running smoothly, including thousands of pieces of equipment in stock, Belgian customer services, planners, phone scripts, trucks and field service engineers.
